Security Deposit (Caution)
An informative security deposit is mandatory before vehicle release. This can be processed via credit card pre-authorization or an agreed local guarantee, fully refundable upon safe vehicle return.

Required Documents
To secure your vehicle at pick-up, you must present a valid original Passport (for international travelers) or National ID (CIN for Tunisian residents), alongside your physical Driver’s License.

Fuel & Delivery Policy
We operate on a fair "Fair Fuel" policy—return the vehicle with the same level of fuel provided. Free delivery is available for main Tunisian airports (Tunis-Carthage, Monastir) and key hotel zones.
