Rent Vehicle

You must provide your valid original physical Driver’s License (held for at least 2 years), along with a valid Passport if you are an international traveler, or a National ID card (CIN) if you are a Tunisian resident. Copies or digital formats are not accepted.

We offer seamless vehicle delivery and drop-off directly at major Tunisian airports, including Tunis-Carthage, Monastir, and Enfidha. A Boss Car agent will meet you at the arrivals terminal with a personalized sign, handle the paperwork, and hand over the keys.

An informative security deposit is required prior to vehicle release to cover potential traffic violations or minor damages. This is processed via credit card pre-authorization or an approved local guarantee, and is fully released upon returning the vehicle in its original condition.

Your safety is our priority. Every rental includes comprehensive 24/7 roadside assistance across Tunisia. In case of any incident, contact our emergency hotline immediately before moving the vehicle. We will guide you through the local insurance claim report (Constat Amiable) and dispatch support or a replacement vehicle if necessary.

Yes, modifications can be requested up to 48 hours before your booking start date. If you are already driving and wish to extend your rental period, please contact our support team via phone or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance to verify vehicle availability and update your custom rental agreement.
